Reely (“we”, “us”) runs the AI video studio at makereely.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what control you have over it. Questions: support@makereely.com.
1 · Data we collect
Account data. Your email address, display name (if you set one), and a securely hashed password. If you sign up with email verification, we store the one-time codes only until they expire.
Content you create. The photos and videos you upload, the prompts and settings you choose, and the videos we generate for you. Generated videos are kept for 72 hours so you can download them, then removed.
Payment records. Order references, amounts, payment method, and verification status. Card payments are processed by our payment partner Polar (merchant of record) — we never see or store your card number. For manual methods (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, stablecoin) we store the transaction reference and the proof screenshot you submit for verification.
Support messages. Emails and Telegram messages you send us, so we can resolve your issue.
Technical data. Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and debugging.
2 · How we use it
To run your account, generate your videos, process and verify payments, add credits, prevent fraud and abuse, and answer your support requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your uploads or prompts for advertising.
3 · Who we share it with
- Polar — processes international card payments as merchant of record (they receive your card details, we don't).
- Resend — sends transactional emails (order receipts, login codes).
- Our video provider — receives your prompts and uploaded media to render videos; they do not receive your name, email, or payment details.
- Hosting & infrastructure — Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Vercel Blob (file storage).
We share data with authorities only when required by law.
4 · Data retention
Generated videos: 72 hours, then deleted. Account and order records: kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time (see §6).
5 · Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text. Payment pages are hosted by our PCI-compliant payment partner. No system is perfect — if we discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you.
6 · Your rights
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or ask us to stop processing it, by emailing support@makereely.com. We respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile and uploads; anonymized order records may be kept for accounting.
7 · Children
Reely is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8 · Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
