Terms of Service

Reely lets you turn text prompts and your own photos into AI-generated videos using several generation models. You must be at least 13 years old to use Reely. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

One account per person. You must provide a working email address, since login and order receipts are email-based. We may suspend accounts that share credentials widely, abuse the service, or violate these terms.

Generating videos costs credits, charged up front. Credit packs never expire; subscription plans add a fixed credit allowance each billing period. Prices are shown in USD with a BDT equivalent at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment partner as merchant of record; manual payments (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, stablecoin) are verified by our team before credits are added.

If a generation fails to start or fails during rendering, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. Refund rules for purchases are in our Refund Policy. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.

You may only upload photos and videos that you own or have the right to use. When generating videos, you agree not to:

• Create non-consensual imagery of any real person — including face-swaps, impersonation, or placing a real person in a scene they did not agree to.
• Generate sexual, harassing, hateful, or defamatory content, or content involving minors in any sexual context.
• Generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights you do not hold.
• Produce misinformation presented as real footage of actual events or people.
• Attempt to bypass our content filters, abuse the service programmatically, or resell generations as a competing service without permission.

Generations are screened by automated content filters and may be reviewed by our team. We may refuse a generation, remove offending content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules — without refund of remaining credits in cases of deliberate abuse.

Videos made with Reely are AI-generated. When you publish them, you are responsible for disclosing that they are synthetic where the platform or local law requires it. We may add invisible watermarks or metadata identifying videos as AI-generated.

You keep all rights to the photos, videos, and prompts you upload. By using the service you grant us a limited license to process them solely to generate your videos and operate the service. Videos generated for you are yours to download and use, including commercially, subject to the rights of any third parties depicted or referenced in your inputs.

Reely's site, branding, and software remain our property. Generated videos are kept for 72 hours for download, then removed from our servers.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Heavy or automated usage that degrades the service for others may be rate-limited. We may change models, prices, or features with notice; credit pricing in effect at purchase time is honored.

You can stop using Reely and request account deletion at any time via support@makereely.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, or chargebacks. On termination for cause, unused credits are forfeited.

Reely is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You are responsible for how you use and publish the videos you generate.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
